organization a more riskier one.

Digitalization happens in all financial service areas: payment, lending and
investment. First noticable effect: job cuts.
Banks lack brand power and skills to successfully transform their operations as
well as the sense of urgency. They are still doing too well.
A "quick" and agile time to market working with a bank: 9 months. But banks are
ready to experiment and fail. Iteration is the key!
"We hired our first female developer!" Sad clap.
It's so great to just get rid of all the scope stuff. Handling forms (errors,
validation) is so much better AND pluggable.

had new tools, but the old mindset.
What we did then is, top-level management gave the strategic decisions to be
made to the employees.
Interestingly the responses and solutions were not the most important. But that
employees took the responsibility.
