Turn around your way of promoting employees and have them find a person within
the organisation that can replace them. This gives a big incentive to seniors to

Juniors on the other hand can encourage mentoring from seniors by documenting
their findings and asking about code, changes and processes they do not
understand or feel could be explained better. #pamstack #oredev2019
