@odrotbohm We discussed this a bit at
#FrogsConf today, with @maaretp and others. I
think it became clear that it's very good at getting you started with a solution
and even can help you better understand the problem because it offers multiple
possible solutions. However it means one thing:

The next #frogsconf is happening on September 8th! It's a virtual unconference
for people who care about good software! https://frogsconf.nl/
Had an incredible interesting evening geeking out with
@kjerstibb of
@boosterconf over tech conferences,
communities and how many of the human-centric, software-related communities
overlap right now in #Bergen, Norway 🇳🇴. #boosterconf #SoCraTes #EuroTestConf

#FrogsConf was again amazing, full of lovely people sharing openly about their
work and eager for input. It's an amazing learning opportunity, which is free
and you can access it from anywhere in the world. I'd love for you to join us
next time: https://frogsconf.nl/

Just added a feature that was requested in that session: the currently ongoing
session is highlighted, so you don't think it's over. After all, you can always
join later. #openspacetechnology
The fourth session was a great mixture of advice and war story sharing from
people having worked in startups. #FrogsConf
Third session was about team and corporate automation strategies. We talked
about reasons why they want / need more automation, and who influences the
decisions around it. #FrogsConf
First session is about the rollback strategy for a huge migration project. Great
to ping-pong ideas about what all could go wrong and how to avoid it to be
catastrophic. #FrogsConf

Going to spend my day with a lot of awesome people interested in good software.
#FrogsConf is going to be great!
I also added iCal export to https://localschedule.netlify.app/, just in time
for #FrogsConf!

And it's on! We are launching #FrogsConf with a #LeanCoffee.
Excited about #FrogsConf virtual coffee tonight: https://frogsconf.nl/
#FrogsConf is back, participation is free, and #remote!
It's an amazing conference for people who care about people writing software,
and that this software is a joy to use and produce.

We looked at how to balance time pressure and code quality at #frogsconf.
It's often not immediately obvious why to add tests to your codebase, especially
of working on prototypes and experiments. But what if this project does not fail
but actually becomes successful?
The PERFECT feature for @MiroHQ would be to add an
audio room feature (like http://welo.space,
@SpatialChatTeam). #frogsconf
There was an awesome lunch conversion at #frogsconf about "rebel agile" (love
the term!) which turned into a great talk on how to hack your organization.
Engineers are at a unique place in an org to engage in some subversive maneuvers
to change the organization!
I'm in a small but super interesting session on end-to-end testing. #frogsconf
We are starting the lean coffee at #frogsconf ... this is going to be
interesting!

The map http://welo.space made for #frogsconf is pretty cool:
#frogsconf group photo!
Really happy that @ezagroba is going over the
short version of the #frogsconf Code of Conduct and presenting it in the
introduction!
#frogsconf is happening tomorrow but I'm getting my 2nd vaccine shot in the
morning, so I'm probably not going to attend.
I'll miss chatting with others about finding better ways to make building
software suck less.
