I only worked in "closed" SaaS teams, where customers have no reason to share
their data (because its secret or proprietary).
It's very hard to grow in this kind of scenario.

@jezenthomas Word of mouth helps, but if the product is complex, your users will
usually fail to convey the real benefit of the product.
