sense. The basis for lawsuits are typically laws regarding
likestilling/Gleichstellung/anti-discrimination. In Germany that's the
Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG), and employers want to avoid any
wording that could be seen as discriminatory.
