:/ trying to get rid of some flaky @Azure IoT end
to end tests for @bifravst: sometimes the
connection from the GitHub Actions runner is just reset, and somehow this also
crashes the connection using mqtt.js 4.2.0 so it can't catch and retry it
gracefully in Node.
